The 3-4 minute nugget each day was just enough to embrace new concepts w/o feeling overwhelmed. The concepts were broken down sufficiently for ease of assimilation thru gradual progression and to allow ample time for reflection before receiving more. Prof Rao's stories were helpful to illustrate his point.
