I am looking forward to the Master Class with Srikumar Rao. I have always been known to have extreme resilience; however, I have managed not well how to remove the emotions that come often with adversity. My desire is to learn how not to allow these emotions to impose upon, to impact nor to insult my peace of mind, body and spirit.
