The Quest for Personal Mastery

"He provides me concrete tools to work on myself"

It leads you to ask deep questions about life and yourself and brings you to show your limits and what you need to work on most for growth and building the life you want.

The exercises are fantastic and doing them seriously, deeply and consciously allows you to change your mental attitude, and if you can't do an exercise it's because you have a mental model or a limiting belief to work on, not only during the quest but after too. The quest and the concept exposed that will accompany me for a long time yet because certain concepts are very profound and challenging to integrate into life, but very transformative.

As far as I'm concerned the biggest positive change is that it made me more conscious and he provides me concrete tools to work on myself, on the challenging situation and event in my life, on my limitings beliefs and mental model to modify, the approach at life and the mental and spiritual status.

After this quest, I no longer have the hope, but the total confidence that by working on myself I can change profoundly my life, it just depends on me
