The Quest for Personal Mastery

“Even my therapist was amazed at the progress I was making”

Over the last few years, I have been on a deeply immersive journey of returning to myself. I was in an abusive relationship / marriage for 22 years. This relationship had started when I was 16, so I had never really
figured out who I was as a person. While on this journey, I discovered Prof. Srikumar Rao’s course. So I read up a little more about him, listened to his TED talk and attended his Masterclass. And I was completely hooked.
While I knew what I was working with, what I was trying to heal - my biggest issue would always be where to start and then how to take it step by step without being overwhelmed. With Prof. Srikumar Rao I found the journey
to be profoundly moving, yet unbelievably simple. He resonated with me and validated everything I believed about life and living (one does not get this validation often).
What he said was not necessarily new, but he made it very easy to implement. And that was the key...he made it so easy to make these changes a part of my everyday life. I have been able to release so much while working with his course - some of it was very painful to go through. I cried, I ranted, (my family was very patient) - but things that had stayed clogged inside me for so long came rushing through as if a floodgate had been opened. And yet it was easy to move on without getting stuck in the emotion. Even my therapist was amazed at the progress I was making and how many of my past traumas I was able to address at the same time.
I am doing the quest again and savouring the journey of finding and living my truth. This time around it is about the future…
