My biggest takeaways from this quest are how you can get good quality of sleep, reducing your stress level and going on a stress vacation and start working out combined with an awareness of a healthy food relationship.
One year ago, I was waking up around lunch and got to bed way behind midnight. If I had worked the other day that was not optimal, and I always had a lack of energy in the morning. That changed completely in the last month while doing this quest.
Today I’m waking up at 6:30 and going to bed before midnight and the best thing is my high energy level in the morning.
Another story I wanted to share is the level of stress management I got throughout this quest. Last year I was playing professional video games and competed in tournaments that were streamed with over 1000 viewers. I was always under stress in these tournaments and could not perform on my best. Sometimes my whole body was shaking, and I remembered that I got nosebleed once. I quit playing professional this year and start studying but while I was making this quest, I got invited to a tournament again that was streamed with around 1000 viewers. This was the first tournament I could play like a training game with a low level of stress. I am so happy about this.
