The Habit of Ferocity

"We learn how to stack and align powerful motivators to fuel our actions, automatize grit and risk-taking"

The Habit of Ferocity is a powerful lifelong experience!
Before I signed up for this Quest, I was looking for ways to upgrade my life, starting with my routine and habits. I knew I could perform better and do more with my time, but I wasn't sure how.
Fortunately, I came across Steven Kotler's The Habit of Ferocity and it all changed.
In this Quest, Steven shares his experience and knowledge about how to develop The Habit of Ferocity in our lives - The ability to automatically and instinctively rise to any challenge.
Throughout the Quest we learn how to stack and align powerful motivators to fuel our actions, automatize grit and risk-taking, harness Flow, and develop the Habit of Ferocity.
In the end, I can proudly say I not only upgraded my life by implementing new routines and values, but also became a better version of myself, ready to use this new knowledge to help me achieve my goals and inspire others doing the same.
Thank you Steven for creating this remarkable work and Mindvalley for the amazing work of putting this together and making it accessible, in a great example of transformative education.
