"This Quest gave me knowledge and a set of tools that helped me to identify my passions"

The best Quest to finding your passion and develop new habits (and sticking to them).
I was feeling stuck in life, with no motivation and not knowing what to do to change that. This Quest gave me knowledge and a set of tools that helped me to identify my passions and have enthusiasm to make solid changes to daily routines.
I have now a sleep routine, set time everyday to work towards my passion, and a clear vision of important things I want to achieve every day.
As Steven said this is a lifelong process and there is still much work to be done, but what a great start! I’m feeling happier and more energetic than I felt in a long time. Thank you, Steven

My determination to wake up the women over 60 and say "I know being born in the 50s meant you probably didn't get the opportunity to live your best life, but you still can, it's not too late" grew. If we have the courage and desire to be the best we can be, everything is possible.
