"Steven Kotler's no bullshit approach is very much the ethos from the country of origin Australia"

Before the challenge, I thought I lacked velocity, but during the course, I realized the things I do living in the mountains are always a challenge, all I need to do is let them permeate into my work life. I loved the course,

Steven Kotler's no bullshit approach is very much the ethos from the country of origin Australia. Many women tend to not rise to the challenge physically, here in the mountains it is different, it has made me more ferocious.

This course has made so much sense, in the beginning, I thought I was not worthy, day by day I have celebrated my habits I have already instilled in myself, meditation, skiing, ski touring, open water swimming ... and now they will be the blueprint of how I will work.

Inch by inch, day by day, slowly befriending my fears and achieving more than I thought possible. Thank you, Steven
