"I would like to imbibe habits which will help me take care of my health, my professional growth, and my personal growth"

With the growing professional and personal responsibilities, it is becoming increasingly impossible to put any effort in self-growth, be it mental growth or physical growth. And therefore health takes the back seat and you end up working hard enough not to be fired from your job, without spending any time on growing oneself professionally.
I am at that state and would like to imbibe habits which will help me take care of my health, my professional growth, and my personal growth.
