“I would definitely recommend this course to anyone wanting to live their best life”

I randomly came across the Habit of Ferocity while perusing various leadership websites.
I watched the initial interview with Steven Kotler and my immediate reaction was, "I need to do this course." I am the type of person who is committed to living my best life.
Each day I strive to be a better version of myself while working tirelessly for equity in education.  The idea of learning to be my best when I'm at my worst made so much sense to me although I hadn't been thinking that way prior to taking the course.
One of the most powerful aspects of this course proved to be the worldwide connections that I have made with like-minded people! There us nothing more inspiring than seeing other people pushing limits that some see as impossible!
The intentional training of ferocity has helped to transform me to a new level of capacity, which is super exciting! I have recently accepted a new challenge in my life which is to serve as a school superintendent beginning in July.
This course couldn't have come into my life at a better time.  I am now consciously training to be my best while incorporating activities that bring me peace and provide the rejuvenation I need to keep going!
One of my favorite new skills is editing the thought gap... I've always been one to be rather time efficient, but to take that efficiency to the mind level with specific intention has been amazing.
I would definitely recommend this course to anyone wanting to live their best life.
Thank you Steven!

Tricky television = an illusion of rest (I felt it, but I wasn’t sure).

The thing that has surprised me the most about doing this course is that I have this amazingly extra energy! I'm getting a lot more things done, and yet, I feel it's with less effort. I can take on a lot more tasks, and instead of whining about extra or unexpected changes instead of whining...

"Steven Kotler's no bullshit approach is very much the ethos from the country of origin Australia"

Before the challenge, I thought I lacked verocity, but during the course I realised the things I do living in the mountains are always a challenge, all I need to do is let them permeate into my work life. I loved the course, Steven Kotler's no bullshit approach is very much the ethos fro...
