The Habit of Ferocity

"After doing this program, I broke all My Personal Records in a Single week"

Before this program, I was completely out of flow. I'm a huge Cycling and Trail Running Fan living in India and I wanted to break just one record of mine for different routes per month.
And I was Unable to for 5 months.
After doing this program, I broke all My Personal Records in a Single week.
And I had the time of my life while I did it and that does not mean that I didn't suffer.
I went through hell but I made it
Cheers to Steven Kotler for helping me
