If you have not done any work on mindset, I suggest you start with this quest. It took me on a journey of adopting some new tools and techniques to add to my daily rituals. Florencia brings a fresh outlook to the quest that keeps you engaged throughout.
My biggest take-away was the 2-minute rule covered in lesson 11 - destroying distraction and procrastination. Basically, if you are stuck on wanting to do something, make a pact with yourself that you will take 2-minutes to do it, before you know it, you would either be completed with that task or close to completion. 
 The other win for me is to distinguish between being productive and busy! I am working on this.
