I love how she used the term GOAT to deliver the material as it makes the framework clear, easy to remember & impactful. 
As a peak performance & mindset coach, I really appreciate the simple and straightforward way she delivers the material. The concepts are crystal clear and the tools she gives reinforce the material amazingly. The tools are ones I have already added to my tool chest to use for myself & my clients. 
I am super impressed by the quality of the filming of the quest as well as Florencia’s delivery. As a long term member of Mindvalley, I am continually amazed by the way the company levels up continuously.
