I have struggled with my weight and body image for 33 years. The experience I had after doing your class was amazing, I saw my body lying there and saw it suddenly as a vulnerable, beautiful gift I have been given to enjoy. I now think of my body more like a child or pet that needs to be nurtured and cared for. As a result I am more inspired to reach my weight loss goals and make the most of this body I have been given
