"The course is unique, and, like everything else, requires patience and lots of practice"
I started the Astral Projection quest from the desire to "travel" and see my overseas family, in a time that is difficult for physical connections. It didn't turned out as planned. Personal emotional turmoil after emotional turmoil made this quest impossible for me to complete. But I don't give up; I'm still stirred up by curiosity of what I can encounter, especially after reading other people stories on their experiences. One thing that also didn't work for me, was practicing the meditations at the end of the day. Being very tired, I would veer straight into sleep, losing the focus completely, walking up hours later from dreamless sleep, feeling guilty that I "failed" one more time and promising myself that next time I will do better.
I know everyone's experience is unique, as well as that capacity to concentrate and connect under the given circumstances. The course is unique as well, and, like everything else, requires patience and lots of practice in order to master.
I am not discouraged and I am looking forward for my first OBE.
