“This challenge helped me stop outrunning myself and gently reset my life back into alignment”
This past year I’ve moved 7 times. I couldn’t sit still because I was trying to outrun myself instead of facing what it was that seemed so scary. I didn’t have focus because of it and my system has since been overloaded. Wired and exhausted all the time, I could not take it anymore. This program came with miraculous divine timing. Vishen has such a great way of smacking you in the forehead and makes you go “duh”! At the same time it’s a gentle but strong reset to get anyone’s life back on track if you just have the will to integrate what’s being said and intake new ideas. The concept of Mindvalley is that you don’t stop growing as long as you show up. I wish I could have made all the days but it conflicted with my work schedule but what I got out of it was enough to want to come back to Mindvalley as a student. I wish I could afford to pay for a years ‘tuition’, it’s changed my life for the better 100% before and I would be eternally grateful for a chance to continue my growth. If anything, thanks to Vishen and Mindvalley!
