I just completed Vishen's 7 Sacred States Challenge and it was a total reboot of my spiritual, mental, and physical life. I adopted so many bits and pieces of his explanations and stories. The class validated my state of devotion, gave me several new daily practices, and allowed me to expand my state of feeling worthy. Thank you Vishen and Mindvalley!
