“The challenge helped me reconnect with practices that brought clarity, purpose, and a renewed sense of aliveness back into my life”
I found Mindvalley 6 years ago when I found myself drifting out to pasture, so to speak. I was living alone with my husband in the Pampas of Argentina, so you see how the pasture fits in to the narrative. Feeling isolated and desiring to find my purpose at 60 years of age, I signed up for the Silva Method in Mind Valley and with devotion and calmness, eventually found myself moving to the States to be closer to my family and Friends. My husband found a job here and we easily bought a house close to my Mother and his work. Somewhere along the way I seem to have fallen off track. This past year was a difficult one. So, I find myself searching again and again I found Vishen. I have just completed the 7 day “unfuckwithable” talks. I am reawakening to the truths that I had learned before. Listening, journaling, following Vishen’s generous tips to find other like minded people and books is bringing me back to life again. Thank you, Vishen, for your honest, heartfelt sharing with us. The World is a better place because of this.
