The 7 Sacred States Challenge

"I no longer feel like I am constantly chasing growth. Instead, I feel like I am remembering who I already am"

Over the 7 days of the Sacred States Challenge (18–24 December), something truly profound unfolded for me.
I honestly cannot choose just one Sacred State, because each day taught me something essential, exactly when I needed it. Together, they felt like a complete journey — gently peeling away layers and bringing me closer to myself.
What touched me deeply was not just the teachings, but the devotion with which Vishen showed up every single day. Listening to him guide us with such sincerity, presence, and love felt almost divine. It did not feel like a typical online challenge — it felt sacred.
Living in Malaysia, the sessions began at 12:00 midnight. It was not easy. Every night, I had to fight sleep, reminding myself why I was there. Some nights my eyes were heavy, but my heart was awake. I showed up anyway — and I’m so glad I did.
At the same time, I felt immense gratitude knowing that Vishen chose to spend his Christmas period guiding us, holding space for thousands of people around the world. That sacrifice did not go unnoticed. It made the experience even more meaningful.
Because I was on leave, I was blessed with the ability to rest the next day — and this balance of discipline and surrender became a lesson in itself.
What shifted for me was subtle yet powerful:
 I felt Knowingness — a quiet inner certainty I didn’t need to explain.
  Faith softened my fears.
 Love reminded me to be kinder to myself.
 Stillness taught me that silence is not emptiness, but wisdom.
 Non-attachment helped me loosen my grip on control.
 Devotion showed me the beauty of showing up fully.
 And Receiving allowed me to accept support, guidance, and grace — something I often forget to do.
This challenge changed how I see myself. I no longer feel like I am constantly chasing growth. Instead, I feel like I am remembering who I already am.
From the bottom of my heart, thank you, Vishen. And the entire Mindvalley team, for creating a space that felt safe, sacred, and deeply human. This was not just a 7-day challenge — it was a spiritual reset I will carry with me.
