I've completed another amazing program in addition to other 'quests' that I dove into. I find the programs help to anchor what I really want in life! I feel more and more settled with every program, video and exercise that I do and I cement an even stronger foundation than I had before. I'm so inspired to continue on this journey of learning and I'm enthusiastic about sharing with others so that we can all live our best lives. Today, was 3MIQ...what will tomorrow bring!
