The 3 Most Important Questions

"I do feel more motivated and have been procrastinating less"

Before this programme I thought I knew what I wanted but I didn't really have a plan. The biggest things that struck me was the means compared to end goal and this really focused my mind on what I wanted. My work pattern is varied so planning in 30 minutes at a different time each day has helped me get into a routine for growth, in fact I am doing more than 30 minutes and fitting it in fine which surprised me. I have been doing little things that don't take any extra time as part of my growth, such as trying a new recipe. I would need to cook to eat anyway, I just fitted in one of the things I wanted to grow at into this. I realize my work and the growth i can implement as part of this is linked to the experiences I want to have and the contribution I want to give so have started a range of training related to this, part of which I can do in work time. I have got back into yoga (ache a bit though!!) and it felt good. This has motivated me and since implementing just a few things around growth and taking the action required, which to be fair has been minimal, I do feel more motivated and have been procrastinating less.
