Before this program I had a myopic views on goals, it meant only like To-do list of activities. Not 3MIQ program opened doors for me to see through lens than we majorly get worried on means goals and not think or dwell on end goals, so this is my Aha moment. Additionally, I like the framework where you list that experience you want which opens up the mind to a plethora of hidden quests, and when couple that with question around growth & contribution you develop a strong vision
After this program my vision has become stronger.
