I wanted to start reading again and I wanted to mae it more efficent. This course has helped me improve my reading speed from around 250 to 400 wpm. I'm aware I need to exercise to increase this number, but it depends on my effort, as this course gave me the tools needed.

"I feel motivated even after my second day"
Hi all, I have joined this community for a reason. I had a stroke 8 years ago, and returned as a faculty four years ago. I started last month with mindvalley, and find that even if it is hard, I feel motivated even after my second day.
