Before this programme I had fallen out of reading and into braindead surfing the internet. Now I have fallen back in love with reading. My speed has tripled which is the reason I joined the Quest (student again at 50!). The best part of this is that I have scheduled time for reading so it actually happens. The technique for taking better notes and the 3 steps have already given me a WOW moment as term started and I condensed a chapter of technical reading into a brilliant mindmap, put the text into my own words and actually remember the content. INVALUABLE!!!!! Thanks to Jim, I may even make it through my Masters studies on time and still have time for a novel or TWO(2 novels read over the course and one midway, had to dust off the covers)
