Before this program I was not aware of any of the speed reading principles & I thought I was average and at times a slow reader. As I began to watch the lessons and take action, I quickly found joy in knowing that our brains are muscles and can be stretched and trained to think, comprehend and read faster. All the brain warm-ups have been essential for my progress and I can now even juggle, whereas before I had no juggling skills. I've realized it all comes down to practice & our beliefs we have towards attaining a certain goal in life.
