This program had some new things to offer even though it was a recap of other MV Quests. I really loved the Internal and External Distractions lessons as I feel that Vishen explained it much better than Nir and I was able to take a more tangible approach on solving these distractions of mine. But my favorite lesson was on Blasting out my To-Do-List and the Ivy Lee method is an ABSOLUTE GAME CHANGER. Vishen went through this lesson in a very practical manner and I loved every moment of it and will continue to use it for the rest of my life!!!
