Before this program, I was often reluctant to plan anything in advance. It made me forgetful and feeling depressed, as I often do not know what to do with myself. So I would frequently get lost in social media and watching news and doing things to reinforce the feeling of not belonging and of not deserving. And while I am relatively healthy and do put in great effort to stay in shape and prioritize that one activity for myself, I also learned some key things I can be doing better. And I learned how some of my activities are negating the very benefits that this activity should be adding to my life.
I'm not going to say that after 6 classes I am suddenly a high energy, highly productive person.
But I will proudly say that with the classes and the recommended exercises following those lessons, I have been able to make some positive changes along the recommended practices, and I've seen some of the errors of even the things I thought I was doing right. And with continued adaptations to those practices, I am and will continue to become more productive. I do know hat I will continue to re-do this course for reinforcement of those actions necessary to take to become highly productive.
