When I first learned how to blast through my to-do list in Super Productivity, I did just that. Yay! Then I got so down... I soon realized that in my enthusiasm, I had overwhelmed my system. The whole reason I took this course was to maximize my productivity, within the severe limits imposed by disabling illness.
After the final lesson, I went back through all the lessons again and edited them to reflect my current, extreme reality. For example, I will only create my ranked, scheduled, to-do list on Mondays. So I'm treating the whole week like a day! That decision alone lifted my spirits. I know I can do that even with all the time and effort that goes into managing my condition.
As my health improves I can adjust my productivity algorithm. By the time I complete recovery, I'll be more productive than I ever was before falling ill.
