It's been a while since I lost track of my true calling but with this quest, I have found my way towards my goal with courage and discipline along with awareness of my triggers. I love Vishen's crisp, to the point pockets of tidbits from leading mind and brain experts are mind blowing yet easy to follow everyday. I love how short, sweet and simple yet powerful this quest has been!
