The course is a long awaited course from Vishen. He has always been a great teacher but now he is world class. The information is concise, coherent and super easy to put into practice.
Vishen shows us how we can make some minor tweaks to our diet, daily habits and schedule in order to work smarter.
I’ve implemented many of the tips he gives in the quest and I find I have more energy and enthusiasm each day. It’s always great to get more work done in less time and this quest will help you do just that.

I especially love how easy it is to put these ideas into practice. Vishen explains how supplements can help you achieve higher productivity and there is even a shopping list to make it easier to buy these supplements. I appreciate touches like that.
