"It did not only teach me about the methodology and how to look after the business but raised very important points on how to take care of yourself as a coach"

Before this quest, I was running an unstructured coaching program. The program was not focused on a specific coaching theme, I used it for everyone who wanted coaching.
The reason I enrolled in this Quest was for two reasons, namely:
1. For personal development as a coach and,
2. Develop my methodology. I was hoping to learn how to run a coaching business, and the Quest exceeded my expectations.

It did not only teach me about the methodology and how to look after the business but raised very important points on how to take care of yourself as a coach.
The scope was much broader because it also raised awareness on how to look after the client and most importantly to know how your coaching clients learn (e.g. Visually, Auditory, Kinesthetic). I recommend this Quest to prospective coaches and practicing coaches because it does not only teach but challenging our awareness of the coaching environment that we find ourselves in. The environment that involves our client, what is affecting them, what outcome they are looking for and how you can help them as a coach. It also raises awareness about the methodology you are using as a coach, that your coaching business should not be a one dimension business, your packages should at least allow your coaching clients to have options that would meet their specific needs. The last one was business awareness, that the business must be fully developed in terms of systems, processes and business tools to have a seamless coaching process to benefit both the coach and the coaching client.
The biggest changes in my life because of the Quest is that, my confidence level has experienced some tremendous improvement. My Top 3 takeaways are:
1. How to structure your package.
2. Being able to describe your Avatar.
3. The First Principle Thinking

The big positive changes that I have noticed are:
1. I can describe my Avatar
2. I have a structured package and I am working on alternative packages for my coaching clients

"I especially like the mindset work."

I enjoyed this program. It is not meant to be an all-inclusive resource to coaching or to the business of coaching, but it has elements of both. I especially like the mindset work, like working on your own emotions and fear signatures. I just wish the app had subtitles for the videos and...
