Before the program I wasn't sure if coaching was for me. I just wanted to get a better insight of what it takes to start helping others in any capacity. Thanks to this quest, I now have clarity on so many levels: myself, my stories and areas of improvement, how to build and improve a methodology that helps, how to connect with clients and actually build a helping relationship with them. I'm very glad I took the plunge and I can already see that my habits have changed and I'm making progress such as enrolling first clients and communication.
