I began this course with very little knowledge of what a coach is and does but with an interest in knowing more. I was actually surprised that through the course I have changed many viewpoints and have become more self-aware and understanding of others. I would recommend this course to anyone but especially entrepreneurs and business managers. If you take the time, like 30 minutes a day, and do the work then the results are a much more balanced life and outlook on the future.
