I have been coaching at my job, informally, for many many years. People just come to me for advice and the coaching that happens has always felt natural. Recently, I decided to try a weight loss/healthy mindset program called Optavia. It’s working. I’m showing up. I’m making major life changes with my Optavia health coaching team. I learned that I could also be a coach. I wanted to try auxiliary programs to help me reach this goal and best the best possible coach and really make this side hustle worthwhile.
