I found this program to be very valuable! I've been doing coaching for several years and signed up for this program because I wanted to have a more structured understanding of how to build a proper coaching practice. I really liked the way Ajit communicates in the videos and the daily homework was very helpful in getting me to think about the things I need to do to be successful. I also liked the way it was broken up into 3 specific areas over the 21 days, including starting with working on myself. This was my first program with Evercoach but it definitely will not be my last!
