I am completely new to the coaching arena and had no idea of what I was getting myself into. I was confused and frustrated on how to start but I knew my mission in life was to serve others - whatever that meant. This program was a relief in more ways than I can imagine. It settled my nerves about the whole process and put my mind at ease in connection with any doubts I may have had. I am now much more confident after going through the program, bit by bit, little by little, which creates better retention in my opinion. The modules were short but very thought provoking and piqued my curiosity, which I found out later is very important for a coach to approach their clients and sessions. Thank you so much for offering this program and look forward to my success as a more confident server to the community.
