Prior to this Quest, I harbored limiting beliefs that I needed to spend thousands on a coaching certification in order to start my practice. However, this course anchored my awareness on who I am, the importance of authenticity and my innate ability to begin. I retrained my brain, got rid of the limiting beliefs, curated my methodology, reflected on my personal portfolio and took the leap! I now have clients! My first client said she got more out of a singular session than her whole summer's worth of therapy. I love that coaching is goal oriented and we may give clients action steps and homework to truly change their lives!
