"What made it so powerful was that it did not feel like simply receiving information online. It felt like a transmission — a living transfer of energy, wisdom, and presence from teachers"
Spiritual Mastery was not just a programme for me — it was an opening, an activation, and a journey back to myself.
I came into it as a long-time meditator, yoga practitioner, happiness enthusiast, and speaker on “Happiness is a Choice” — a message that has become both my keynote and my way of life. For many years, silence has been my spiritual home. Through my master Paramahansa Yogananda’s teachings of Raja Yoga and Kriya Yoga, I have always believed deeply in silence as the sacred doorway within.
Spiritual Mastery did not replace that truth; it expanded it. This beautifully curated and structured programme opened my awareness in ways I had not imagined. It showed me that while silence may be the core, there are many beautiful doorways back to centre — through breath, energy, forgiveness, embodiment, intuition, movement, environment, and awareness. It gave me practical ways to bring that inner connection into everyday life, not only for myself, but for the people I guide through my work on “Happiness is a Choice.”
What made it so powerful was that it did not feel like simply receiving information online. It felt like a transmission — a living transfer of energy, wisdom, and presence from teachers who gave themselves fully to the experience. I feel deeply grateful to Vishen for opening the doorway into sacred states, Kensho and Satori, and the idea that we can grow not only through pain, but through insight and awareness; to Dawn Hoang, whose teachings helped me understand the body as an instrument and the importance of being fully present in the body for spiritual attunement; to Lee Holden, who brought the wisdom of Qi, Jing, and Shen alive for me — the connection between life force, body, breath, consciousness, and spirit; and to Marie Diamond, whose teachings on vision, forgiveness, inner alchemy, and the relationship between our inner and outer environment were deeply powerful. I am also grateful to Dr. Tara Swart, Dr. Peter Levine, Sheleana Aiyana, Sonia Choquette, Neale Donald Walsch, and all the phenomenal teachers who contributed their wisdom, depth, mastery, and heart to this journey. A heartfelt thank you also to Ileana and Shika, whose beautiful energy as hosts held the space with such warmth, grace, and presence. The activations, meditations, and teachings were deeply experiential; they helped me feel, integrate, embody, and immediately experiment with what was being shared, so that the wisdom became something I could live, not just understand.
I feel profoundly grateful to have experienced Spiritual Mastery. I would repeat it again and again, simply to be in the presence of these master teachers and the field of wisdom they created.
For me, Spiritual Mastery did not just teach me something. It awakened something in me.
And it brought me back even more deeply to one of my core beliefs:
“Prayer is when we speak to God; meditation is when God speaks to us in the stillness of our silence.”
