“I changed the structure of my meditation through Kundalini, Qigong and Zen Samurai”

I took this program for two reasons:
 I was a bit stuck with my own meditation, and I thought this program could help me better help my patients.
On this two level, the program brought me what I needed.
I have changed the structure of my meditation, including Kundalini, Qigong and Zen Samurai, but also I am restructuring my routine through better “devotion”,
I have applied Kundalini to release the pain in my wife's knee as well as the pain in the lower back of a friend.
I also help my patients who have trauma stuck in their body by explaining what Dr Peter Levine has explained in the course and the technique that could help them.
Because the course was dense and exceptional in its quality, I will slowly integrate other aspects later on,
