I was feeling stuck in a circle of hell, dealing with an ongoing family dynamic. I started reading The Silva Method which helped. Then I tried the Mindvalley Silva course. That helped even more but I still felt there was more to be done to yank me from the quagmire of negativity. I tried more classes and then found this. Things are shifting in ways that I couldn't imagine. To quote Tom Petty, "The future is wide open". Full throttle I'd say. To quote Tom again, "and I won't back down." Life is a journey that may begin with a single step, but to get to your destination, you must put one foot in front of the other to arrive at your destination.
