Before this program I was having trouble regulating my emotions in the midst of the incredibly disempowering state of politics in the US at this time. This course has been of great benefit of a broader perspective, reminders that whereas we are eternal, circumstances are not and that eventually, good wins out over evil. Many tools introduced were a veritable smorgasbord of techniques from which to choose to forward personal growth. Not much gets me ruffled now, and certainly not for long. So I’m grateful!
