I chose to take this quest to learn more tools and leverage how to help people on their health journey. 

Spiritual practice is one of the 5 pillars of health, and what Christy teaches us is how we can support ourselves on a mental, emotional and energetic level to create the health and wellbeing that we want. 

I was able to implement the tools immediately in my own life as well as in coaching sessions, and my clients was so happy and felt instant shifts. 

At first, I was wondering if this quest would be worth the investment; but now I know that YES, this quest is abundance rolling in.
