Before taking this quest, I wasn't conscious about my energy levels through-out the day and how I process my emotions. 
My life has seen an amazing transformation since I have taken this quest. I have found the required confidence and believe in myself to start my coaching journey, which I had been struggling to start. My relationships with family and friends have improved considerably as I have learned to process my emotions in a better way. I would definitely recommend this program to everyone.
