Hi my name is Leorebeck, I go by Beck. Before the quest I recognize I have a long way to grow in the context of communication. Until I get the courage to seek help and give myself the chance to improve it. The reason I enrolled in this quest is I was moved extremely and was empowered by Lisa Nichols story. My goal is to improve the quality of my relationships which I believe communication has a biggest influence in it. Second is to share what I learn here to my team mates. And lastly is to tell a story to inspire others to do so. What I expect to get out after this quest is more self confidence, empowered and skilled to be a better communicator, speaker listener and be in a tribe of amazing community that support and encourage.
