Our personal transformation and gratitude from this course are we are so very grateful for doing the MIRROR every day and we plan to continue this because we really connect with ourselves and we each let our me out in our I am PROUD that I forgive me for, I COMMIT to me that and I am GRATEFUL for! Sandy enjoys incorporating different cadences, pregnant pauses, body language and using my body and tonality! 
We love approaching challenges with CARE-frontation and knowing about Speed Bump and Walls! We love having steps to create a Safe Space for ourselves and all when we are talking!!! Thank you so much!
