"This program taught me one of my most valuable lessons ever"

Before this program, my main objective while speaking was to look good. As a recovering perfectionist, my need for approval has often caused me to procrastinate indefinitely.
This program taught me one of my most valuable lessons ever: that it is not about how good I look. It is about my audience and what they need in order to grow. I cannot force them to feel one way or another, but I can show up authentically and some may be changed by my stories.
