"This program allowed to be more confident and authentic"

When I started this program, my goal was to be better speaker. 

To make a shift from where I was to being inspirational. I was watching the videos day in and day out. But then, by day 20 I stopped. I felt that something was out of sync. I was lost on where I was on the program and where I am taking it. I was struggling on the actions, specifically on posting videos on the group. So, I took a step back and revisited everything from day 1. And by day 8 again, I realized where I was struggling. Where my fear was. What I am afraid of. It was when Lisa said on the coaching session that " You have to be willing to be seen". It is when it struck me. It was what I was struggling with. I am still not posting videos, however I am very much aware now when I am hesitant to speak to anyone I encounter. I remind myself that quote. 

This program allowed to be more confident and authentic. I have also applied Lisa's technique on creating a dialogue in a virtual set up at work. I am grateful that I took this quest! More than learning on how to be an inspiring speaker, this was a journey of self discovery.
