My top 3 take aways are the way I look at a conversation or a video or talk before I have it. I did not realize I was formerly talking to prove a point. Now I look at it as a way to talk about what a person wants to hear.
Crafting my story with the end result in mind.... what do I want the audience to know.. . what do they want to hear.
The final thing is showing the story in a way that paints a picture by explaining the time of year or date as well as what was going on around. Rather than saying "it is cold", describe the icicles on my nose so the audience can be in the image with me.
The biggest positive changes I have noticed is this has impacted my interactions in my personal life as well. It is important to me to be able to communicate in my personal life well and there are some great aspects that were helpful.
