Before this program, I was a good communicator and I had a certain level of confidence in speaking and getting my message across to people. I'm always looking to improve every aspect of myself and that is why I took this course.

I LOVE the statement Lisa said in that if we can come up with the thoughts of doubt, then we can also come up with the thoughts of encouragement and positivity too! That was a game-changer for me! Now my life is definitely better because of this course. I'm really finding myself again and making BIG progress in communicating with people in the most effective way possible! Thanks so much for putting this course together. I'm going to rewatch some of the days just to reinforce what was taught! :)
