"My confidence level has gone up 100x"

Intro: Coming from a poverty background, having to go to school with no jersey or shoes on a cold or rainy day, studying under candle light, most times no food to eat, life was about survival. With my parents guidance, I overcame many life challenges to end up focusing on how to be the best version of myself. Through these experiences, life taught me to stay humble and focus on living and serving my purpose. This has led me to get more involved in Humanitarian work like feeding schemes, mentoring and of course climbing mountains for amazing causes. Last year, I summitted Mt Kilimanjaro with a team on Nelson Mandela's birthday, the cause was raising funds so that we could purchase sanitary pads for girls in rural areas. We had to give back the dignity to these young girls. Although getting hurt on day 3, I still persevered ahead as my WHY was massive. I rejected the pain in my mind and completed the journey. Over the years, I still experienced major downfalls but my faith and belief in God kept me going. I learnt that for every down, there has to be an up, law of polarity right. I left the corporate world last June due to humanity being lost, it just did not relate to my values anymore. I decided to start up my company StraightTalkWithNolan so that I can channel my journey to other people and make them realise that life does not end where they are. I am closely attached to our Deaf community who shared their Inspirational stories at my company launch, I will explain later what we are doing together this year. 

Before this Quest my life was... I saw myself as an Inspirational Speaker and believed I had a strong enough voice to get my story across. 

After taking this Quest I feel... 
Absolutely Thankful and Grateful to Lisa for this amazing quest, our Ambassadors and most of all the amazing Tribe who were honest, transparent, showed love, kindness, etc. When I did my intentions, I made a note that I would like to be a Powerful Inspiration Speaker in Africa and Globally. Now I have found my purpose and see myself as a Transformational Speaker. This is a big win amongst others for me. Take a look at my video below.

- Learnt how to use verbal highlights 
- Get my audience of 1 or 1000 involved in Dialogue 
- Allow my authenticity to show up 
- Take my audience into my valley and show them how I came out of it, have them feel my presence. - Whoa, my body is talking baby... 
- Pregnant pause, this is great as its gives me time as well to breathe 
- Learning to use bullet points for my incidents rather than try to memorize everything 
- Care Frontation is something I have started to use and will continue using it. 

The reason I enrolled in this Quest... To become a Powerful Inspirational Speaker and learn more about myself, allow my hidden God given talents to flourish.
